Eligibility Guidelines

A family of any size living or working in Ozaukee County for at least 6 months may be eligible if they:

- have income which is below 50% the median income for Ozaukee County.

-agree to partner with Habitat for Humanity-Lakeside to build a home.

- has the ability to pay a 0% interest loan on the purchase of a home.

- are currently living in housing too expensive for them to afford and/or have older children of opposite gender sleeping in the same room and/or are currently living in unhealthy or dangerous conditions and/or have other consideration as allowed by Habitat for Humanity (adjusted for family size, see examples below).

1 $30,780 and below

2 $35,160 - $30,779

3 $39,540 - $35,159

4 $43,920 - $39,539

5 $47,460 - $43,119

6 $51,000 - $47,459

7 $54,480 - $49,999

8 $58,020 - $54,479

Median Income as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development based on household size and income.
